However, time moves on, and the new P5 Series 2 is a radically improved addition to the Bowers & Wilkins headphone collection. P5 Series 2 headphones deliver a truly revelatory sound experience, thanks to an all-new drive unit design inspired by our Hi-Fi speakers, and adapted from our flagship P7 headphones. P7 taught us a lot about how to get the most out of a set of headphones. It allowed us to create headphone drive units that work more like Hi-Fi speakers, redesigning the suspension to leave the diaphragm dedicated to sound duties. For P5 Series 2, we’ve taken this ground-breaking technology and adapted it for a set of headphones you can carry around almost anywhere.
