Housed in a precision-crafted, solid aluminum enclosure, the NPX 300 matches the exact footprint and design aesthetics of the New Classic Series, complete with Naim's signature brushed black finish and an adjustable backlit logo.

Engineering Marvel: Dual Burndy Delivery, Discrete DR Regulation

Under the hood, the NPX 300 completely disables the internal power supply of the connected host component (such as the NAC 332 preamplifier, NSS 333 streamer, or NSC 222 streaming preamplifier). Powered by a massive custom toroidal transformer and Naim’s proprietary Discrete Regulator (DR) technology, it delivers ultra-clean, ripple-free DC power over multi-pin Burndy cables to feed digital and analogue stages independently.

Key Performance & Technological Innovations

Instant System Upgrade: Isolates vulnerable analogue gain stages and digital processing clocks from AC mains interference, yielding a lower noise floor, deeper bass grip, and enhanced spatial resolution.

Dual Burndy Output Architecture: Employs dedicated digital and analogue Burndy outputs to route completely isolated power rails directly into host components.

Naim Discrete Regulator (DR) Circuits: Utilizes hand-matched DR modules providing exceptionally low intrinsic noise and ultra-fast transient response under dynamic current loads.

Scalable Power Configuration: Multiple NPX 300 units can be deployed within a single system—for instance, connecting one dedicated NPX 300 to the NSS 333 streamer and a second to the NAC 332 preamplifier for maximum channel separation and dynamic range.
