Part of Audio Group Denmark’s flagship Series 3 component refresh, the Ansuz Sparkz S3 is a specialized noise-reduction and power-harmonizing plug designed to lower the background noise floor of high-end audio systems. Plugs directly into any unused wall socket or open outlet on a power distributor (such as the Ansuz Mainz8), the Sparkz S3 suppresses mains-borne electromagnetic and radio-frequency noise without using dynamic-limiting series filters.
Constructed in a durable, resonance-damped Bakelite housing, the 3rd-generation Sparkz S3 incorporates advanced noise-canceling technology derived from Audio Group Denmark’s top-tier D-TC Gold Signature series.
Key Features & Technological Innovations
Gold Anti-Aerial Resonance Coil (Gold AARC): Utilizes dual inverted counter-wound coils with silver/gold-layered copper conductors. When voltage spikes or airborne RF interference hit the mains line, the opposing coil fields actively absorb and cancel the noise.
Integrated Ansuz Zirconium Bar: Incorporates a specialized internal zirconium rod alongside the coil system to provide resonance control and material damping, resulting in a cleaner soundstage and lower acoustic coloration.
Full In-House Cryogenic Treatment: The metallic conductors and components undergo deep cryogenic processing down to $-321^\circ\text{F}$ ($-196^\circ\text{C}$), restructuring the metal's crystal lattice to increase electrical conductivity by up to $8\%$.
Zero Series Impedance Impact: Operates entirely in parallel across the AC line. Unlike standard passive chokes or series power filters, it does not restrict current flow or limit dynamic response in high-current power amplifiers.
Gold-Plated Pure Copper Contacts: Heavy-duty, high-purity gold-plated contacts ensure low-resistance mains coupling into EU Schuko, US, or UK outlets.
